  • FOUNDATION WORKSHOP, SMALL GROUP

    A solid introduction to the benefits of Pilates. This course is designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance in the entire body. In just 8 weeks, you will build a solid foundation of healthy body mechanics and begin to strengthen your center/core muscles, improve whole body strength, flexibility and balance, address muscular imbalances and improve your posture. This class of just 6 students is small and individually focused, guaranteeing that you will get plenty of personal attention and individualized instruction. Beginning with 6 Mat classes, we start by strengthening the Core, raising awareness of our body and our ownpostural habits and imbalances, and learning healthy spinal mechanics. We then move on to 9 Reformer classes where we begin to build incredible stability, strength and flexibility in the feet, legs, arms, upper back and entire body. This workshop puts you on a solid path to a stronger, more functional, powerfully balanced body.

    ALL LEVELS welcome as exercises can be modified to suit student’s strength and coordination level.

  • PRIVATE SESSIONS

    Private, Duet, or Trio sessions provide an intimate setting for clients who prefer a more personal touch or have a challenging schedule. Clients can often achieve their goals more quickly through private or semi-private sessions. Additionally, group classes may not initially be appropriate for students who are combating specific injuries or intense chronic pain. Prices vary based on teacher. Most sessions are 55 minutes, with the acception of 55min and 30min sessions with Tonya.

CONTINUING STUDENTS

  • Mat II - Every Other Sat & Sun, 10am through May 4th

    In our Mat II workshops, you will build on the basics learned in Foundation. You will see great results from the intense workout you'll get while learning more advanced exercises. In this group class, you will continue to enjoy plenty of personal attention while you strengthen your Core muscles, improve your flexibility and balance, address muscular imbalances, and improve your posture. No Refunds, as these are closed classes.

    Once per week for 8 weeks. 8 classes.

  • Open Reformer - Thursdays at 5pm, Thursdays at 7pm, Every other Sunday at 10am

    In Reformer classes, you can keep transforming your relationship with healthy movement. In instructor-led machine class, you will continue to improve your strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and impact imbalances. This class is for Aspire students that have completed the Pilates Foundation Workshop or have had the equivalent Private sessions and instructor permission. Ongoing classes allow you to attend drop-in or pre-scheduled classes that work with your schedule.

    4-pack, 60 day expiration

    $180 one time payment/ $160 on autopay

    Package may be used for Reformer, Apparatus & Jump Board classes.

  • Open Apparatus - Tuesdays at 7pm, Every other Sunday at 10am

    Fun and challenging, Joseph and Clara Pilates created more than just the Reformer for a reason! Diverse pieces of Pilates Equipment are used to improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination for full body/ mind work. This equipment is usually used during Private and Duet sessions, but in this class, you can get the benefit of working on the Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Spine Corrector, Pilates Arc, Roller Discs, Wobble Board, Mat and other props. Open to all Foundation Workshop grads and Private/Duet clients with equivalent sessions. Class size is limited to 8 students. Ongoing classes allow you to attend drop-in or pre-scheduled classes that work with your schedule.

    Release your stress! Learn how to find those tight, sore knots in your body and make them melt away. Using personal massage balls, sticks, and rollers, you will learn how to decrease your pain and tightness, improve your alignment and posture, and provide yourself with immediate relief when your body feels sore or tight. A different area of the body is covered each week: Lower Back, Upper Back, Legs & Feet, Shoulders & Chest, Neck, Arms & Hands. No Make Ups, as this is a closed class.

    All Levels Welcome & No Pilates experience needed.

  • Happy Feet (Coming Soon)

    Are you feet tired, sore, and in need of some love? Do your calves cramp in the middle of the night, wrecking your sweet dreams? Are you a dancer that wants to get that perfect "banana foot"? Then you will love "Happy Feet"! Learning floor based exercises that can be replicated at home, we will focus on the strengthening and flexibility of the deep muscles that support the foot, address healthy ankle alignment, and help alleviate pain. A combination of strength, stretching and release will be taught that will turn your "Barking Dogs" into very Happy Feet.

    Once a week for 5 weeks, Cost $180.
