At Aspire we understand and respect individuality and unique circumstances. For that reason, we create exercise programs based on the individual needs of our clients that are optimized to help them reach their personal goals.

When beginning an exercise program, we emphasize the importance of building a solid foundation of good technique, enabling our clients to realize fast results while simultaneously preventing injury. We believe in starting slow and steady, making sure that your body is strong, flexible and truly prepared to tackle traditional Pilates exercises. By focusing the first few classes on “Pre-Pilates” exercises, we help our clients lay a solid foundation of alignment and center/core strength and awareness. Once these basics are in place, the sky is the limit and a solid foundation for growth has been constructed. We also pride ourselves in providing students with an understanding of their bodies that will serve them for a lifetime, both inside and outside of the studio.
